Discoverers’ Lawrence Earns Medal at State XC Meet

Columbus High’s Noah Lawrence earned a medal at the state cross country meet last Friday.
Lawrence finished 11th in the Class A boys race with a time of 16-minutes-21.4 seconds in Kearney.
In the Class C boys meet, Jude Maguire of Scotus earned 38th, while Lakeview’s Eli Escen was 62nd.
The Vikings Elle Badstieber finished 72nd in the girls’ run.
