Discoverers Hoops Teams Downed by Lincoln Southwest

In prep basketball on Saturday, Columbus High’s teams lost at home to Lincoln Southwest.
The Discoverers boys fell 75-56. Griffin Micek had 15 points and Quinn Freshour added 13, but Columbus’ seventh straight loss dropped their record to 5-13.
The CHS girls were downed by the Silver Hawks 34-21, slipping to 7-12.
Both Discoverers clubs host Millard South on Friday.
