Discoverers End Season With Close Loss to Navigators

The season came to an end for Columbus High’s football team last night, as the Discoverers suffered a hard-fought 23-17 loss at Lincoln North Star.
It was the eighth straight defeat for the Discoverers after a season-opening victory at Fremont.
Boone Central cruised to a 48-0 home win over St. Paul. The Cardinals wound up 7-2 in the regular season. The Wildcats ended at 2-7.
