Tre’Vionne Brown ran for an 80-yard touchdown on the first play of the game and later had two touchdown receptions as Omaha North defeated Columbus 48-13 last night in Omaha.
The Discoverers briefly tied the game at 7-all on a two-yard touchdown run by Adoriyan Daniels on fourth and goal. But, the Vikings tallied the game’s next 35 points, before CHS posted its final score late in the third quarter when Braylon VanCura threw a 15-yard TD pass to Logan Salak.
The Discoverers’ third straight loss dropped their record to 1-3 on the season.
In other action last night, Riverside rolled to a 55-0 romp at North Central. The Chargers improved to 3-1.
