Discoverers Boys Face Fremont in A-1 District Tourney

The Columbus High boys basketball squad visits Fremont tonight as the A-1 district tournament opens.
The fifth-seeded Discoverers are 1-19, while the Tigers are 4-17 with two of their wins coming against Columbus.
Tipoff in Fremont is set for 6:30 p.m. The winner will play top-seeded Bellevue West in the district semifinals tomorrow at 6:00 p.m.
