Discoverers Baseball Falls at Omaha Skutt Catholic

Columbus High’s baseball team was downed 5-1 at Omaha Skutt Catholic yesterday.
Skutt scored two runs in its first at-bat. The Discoverers’ Wyatt Swanson hit a solo homer in the top of the fifth, but the SkyHawks answered with three runs in the bottom of the inning.
Columbus is 1-1 on the young season and will host Bellevue West Friday at 4:30 p.m.
