Discoverers Baseball Drops Three Games Falling to 1-4

Columbus High’s baseball team dropped three games. 

The Discoverers fell to Bellevue West 9-5 at home last Friday.  Columbus was swept in a doubleheader at Lincoln East on Saturday.  Lincoln East took the opener 5-2.  In the second game, CHS scored three runs in the top of the seventh to tie it at 4-all, but the Spartans scored a run in the bottom of the frame for a walkoff win. 

The Discoverers have lost four straight after winning their season opener.
