Defensive Lineman Feist Won’t Play Sixth Season For NU

The Nebraska football team is losing another defender. Colton Feist announced on Instagram “it’s time to hang them up” and thanked Husker Nation.
The former walk-on from Yutan could have returned for a sixth season.
After suffering two injury-plagued seasons, Feist played all 12 games last year. He had 46 tackles and ranked second on the team with seven tackles for loss.
His decision came a day after Garrett Nelson declared for the NFL draft rather than playing a final season for Nebraska.
