In the David City Holiday boys basketball tournament, Aquinas edged David City 40-39 and Palmyra defeated DC West 72-62.
In girls action, the Scouts topped the Monarchs 44-28, while DC West beat Palmyra 58-33.
The championship games today will be broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk. David City faces DC West for the girls title at 4:00 p.m., followed by Aquinas vs. Palmyra in the boys championship around 5:45.
