D1 Football Champion Jaguars Moving to Class D2

Howells-Dodge, which won a D1 state title in football this past season, is moving to Class D2.  The Jaguars are one of a handful of area teams switching classes as the NSAA released football classifications for the next two years.

Also moving from D1 to D2 are East Butler and Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family.  Twin River will opt down to D1 from C2, making the Titans ineligible for the playoffs.  North Bend Central is moving from C1 to C2.

Riverside and Spalding Academy will co-op and play in D1.  The Chargers had been in D2, while the Shamrocks previously played 6-man football.
