CU Women Make History Just By Hosting UConn Today

Creighton welcomes UConn, the number one ranked women’s basketball team, to D.J. Sokol Arena today. 

Tipoff between the 7-9 Bluejays and the 18-1 Huskies is set for 4 p.m. 

It’s the first time in CU history that the Jays have hosted the top-ranked women’s team in the country.  The previous highest-ranked club to visit Omaha was number 3 Notre Dame during the 2011-12 season.
