CU Women Dish Out 30 Assists, Take 13th Win

The Creighton women’s basketball club racked up 30 assists on 38 made field goals to romp over Butler 95-44 at Indianapolis last night.
The win pushed the Bluejays to 13-4 on the season and 8-1 in conference play. Just two days after claiming Big East player of the week honors, CU’s Emma Ronsiek scored a game-high 20 points. The Jays’ 30 assists was the most since they dished out a record 37 against Wichita State in 1994.
Creighton visits Georgetown tomorrow night.
