CU Softball Adds Top-100 Prospect for Next Season

Creighton softball has signed Lily West, the No. 86 prospect in the nation according to Extra Inning Softball.
CU coach Krista Wood announced the signing yesterday and predicted West will make an immediate impact on the Bluejays.
West, a catcher who can also play the infield, led Chotaw High in Oklahoma to three consecutive state tournament appearances, and a runner-up finish in 2022. She earned first-team All-State honors after hitting .468 with 32 RBI as a senior.
