CU Hoops: Bluejays Men Rally to Win, Women Fall

The Creighton men’s basketball team used a 23-2 second half run to earn a 60-47 home victory over DePaul on Saturday. 

The win lifted the Bluejays to 12-5 overall and 4-2 in the Big East.  CU visits Butler Wednesday evening. 

Meantime, the Creighton women suffered a 74-64 setback at Villanova yesterday.  The Jays slipped to 14-5 on the season, 9-2 in conference action.  Creighton hosts Providence Friday night.
