Creighton Volleyball Team Opens Fall Practice

After watching the U.S. women win in the Olympics semifinals, the Creighton volleyball club had a busy first day of fall practice on Thursday. 

Having won 10 consecutive Big East regular-season titles, expectations remain high for 2024.  The Bluejays’ roster includes the last two conference players of the year in Kendra Wait and Norah Sis, and two-time all-league selection Ava Martin.  The CU group of eight seniors and six newcomers spent just over three hours practicing yesterday. 

Creighton hosts its annual Blue/White exhibition next Friday inside D.J. Sokol Arena, a match that is free to attend.  While season tickets are sold out, single-match ticket sales begin today at 10 a.m.
