Four players scored in double figures as the 11th-ranked Creighton men’s basketball club opened its season with a 69-58 win over North Dakota State on Sunday. 

Christian Bishop scored 13 of his game-high 16 points in the second half.  Antwann Jones added 11 points, nine of them coming in the first half to help CU rally from a 10-4 deficit.  Mitch Ballock’s 11 points pushed him over 1,000 points in his Creighton career and he snared a team-best seven rebounds.  Marcus Zegarowski had 12 points and six assists as the Bluejays posted their 26th straight win in a home opener. 

The Jays will host Nebraska-Omaha tomorrow at 4 p.m.
