Creighton Men’s Hoops Number 11 in AP Preseason Poll

The Creighton men’s basketball club is ranked 11th in the AP preseason Top 25 released today. 

It marks the Bluejays highest preseason AP ranking ever.  It’s the fourth time the writers have voted CU in the preseason Top 25. 

Creighton is one of two Big East Conference teams in the poll, joining number 3 Villanova.  Gonzaga is number 1, edging Baylor for the top spot by one point. 

The Jays finished last season ranked number 7 in the AP poll, matching their best ranking in program history.
