CRC Hoops Tourney’s Saturday Scores, Games Monday

The Crossroads Conference basketball tournament opened Saturday in York. 

In boys action, East Butler topped Meridian 51-33 and Shelby-Rising City dumped Dorchester 59-22.  The East Butler girls fell to Nebraska Lutheran 44-34. 

Four boys quarterfinal games will be played today at York University and broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk.  East Butler meets McCool Junction at 3 p.m.  Cross County takes on High Plains at 4:30.  Shelby-Rising City faces Nebraska Lutheran at 6 p.m.  And it’s Osceola vs. BDS at 7:30 p.m. 

In girls quarterfinals today at York Auditorium, Shelby-Rising City faces High Plains at 3 p.m., Osceola plays Dorchester at 4:30 and Cross County meets Nebraska Lutheran at 7:30.
