Coulter Named Head Girls Hoops Coach at Lincoln Lutheran
Former Scotus assistant girls basketball coach Wade Coulter has been hired by Lincoln Lutheran as its head girls basketball coach.
In its news release, the Lincoln school noted that Coulter has been an assistant at Scotus since 2009. In that time, he helped guide the Shamrocks to six district finals, three state tournament appearances and the Class C1 State Championship in 2018.
Coulter is a graduate of Columbus High who earned his degree in social science at Peru State. He played football for the Bobcats.
At Lincoln Lutheran, Coulter follows Allen Simpson, who was the Warriors head coach the last two seasons.
