Cornerstone’s Season Opener Now Has 5:30 First Pitch

After already being delayed for a few weeks by COVID-19, what’s another half-hour?  The first pitch for the Cornerstone Insurance Group Columbus Seniors season opener this Thursday has been moved back to 5:30 p.m. 

On Thursday, Cornerstone will host the Fremont Seniors in a doubleheader at Pawnee Park Field. 

That same night, the Columbus United Federal Credit Union Junior Blues will open their season at Waverly.  First pitch for the single game is also set for 5:30 p.m.

The Bank of the Valley Lakeview Seniors and Owens Wealth Advisors Lakeview Junior Reds also open their seasons on Thursday.  Both Lakeview clubs play at Wisner/Pilger Howells/Dodge. 

First pitch for the Junior Reds game is at 5:30 with the Seniors contest set for 8 p.m.
