Cornerstone Columbus Seniors Split DH vs. Gretna

The Cornerstone Insurance Group Columbus Seniors split a home doubleheader against Gretna last night.

Cornerstone took the opening game 4-3, but dropped a 13-6 decision in the nightcap.  The Seniors are 14-10 on the season.  Last night marked the first of three Veteran Appreciation Nights at Pawnee Park Field.

The others are set for Monday, when both Lakeview Legion teams host Albion at 5:30 and 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, when the Columbus Juniors will face Fremont in a twinbill at 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
