Cook Calls UCLA and USC Joining Big Ten “Epic”

Nebraska volleyball coach John Cook is excited about UCLA and USC joining the Big Ten Conference in 2024.
“It’s going to create an unbelievable volleyball conference,” Cook said. “You know, everybody asks me when I’m going to retire, I’m like, here’s a great, new challenge now to try to win that conference…I think it’s just going to be epic.”
Cook says the long trips could be tough on athletes, but added that Nebraska is helped in that regard by being in the middle of the nation.
