CHS Volleyball Season Ends, Area Scores

Columbus High’s volleyball season ended last night in the A-6 district semifinals. 

Lincoln Pius X swept the visiting Discoverers 25-9, 25-14, 25-18.  CHS finishes the season at 14-18. 

Other volleyball subdistrict scores last night: Schuyler got by South Sioux City 3-2 in a semifinal, but fell to Blair 3-1 in the final; North Bend Central posted a 3-2 victory over Logan View/Scribner-Snyder; Nebraska Christian swept Aquinas in three sets; Howells-Dodge beat Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family 3-1; High Plains Community topped Osceola 3-0; and Humphrey St. Francis swept Riverside.
