CHS Swimming, Bowling Teams’ Results on Saturday

The Columbus High swimming and bowling teams were in action on Saturday.
In swimming, the Discoverers swept a dual at South Sioux City. The CHS girls won 93-40 and the boys won 79-67.
In a bowling double dual at Seward, the Columbus boys defeated Fremont 12.5 to 8.5, but bowed to Seward 17-4. The Discoverers boys are now 8-5. The CHS girls fell to Fremont 17-4 and lost to Seward 19-2, dropping the Discoverers’ record to 5-8.
