CHS Swimming and Diving Team Bows at Fremont

The Columbus High swimming and diving team had a dual at Fremont last night.
The Discoverers boys were shaded by the Tigers 76-65, while the CHS girls fell 100-56.
On the boys’ side, Columbus’ Josue Mendez earned two state secondary cuts, one in the 50 freestyle and the other in the 100 breaststroke.
For the Discoverers girls, Shae Drymon was second in the 50 free and earned a secondary state cut.
