Columbus High’s softball team was swept in a doubleheader by Norfolk yesterday evening at Bradshaw Park. 

The Discoverers lost by scores of 12-10 and 11-1.  Columbus has dropped four of its last five games to slip to 15-17. 

CHS will play in the Heartland Athletic Conference Tournament in Lincoln on Saturday. 

Other area softball scores: Aquinas over Polk County 10-1, Highway 91 out-slugged Central City 15-12, Twin River topped Ord 10-2 and St. Paul beat Adams Central 3-1 but bowed to York 9-2.
