CHS Students Must Turn in Physicals, Forms by August 9

Columbus High students are reminded they must turn in a completed physical and sign agreement forms relating to all CHS and NSAA guidelines before fall practices begin. August 9th is the first official practice date for all fall sports.
The physical must have been completed on or after May 1st. It must be turned in to the CHS activities desk.
The agreement forms need to be completed through the SmartSchool-K12 registration site. Instructions for the registration can be found on the school’s website.
Fans can use godiscoverers.com to check on practice times and schedules for the fall sports season.
