CHS, Scotus Volleyball Both Drop Season Openers

The high school volleyball season is underway.  In action heard on KLIR 101, Columbus High dropped its home match against Fremont.  

The Discoverers took the opening set 25-18, but the Tigers won the next three sets 25-15, 25-20, 25-16.  Columbus will play in the Norfolk Invitational tomorrow. 

Scotus volleyball also fell in four sets at Kearney Catholic.  The Stars defeated the Shamrocks 25-15, 21-25, 25-21, 25-20. 

Scotus will next play at Omaha Concordia on Tuesday.
