CHS, Scotus Cross Country Highlights from Albion

The cross country teams from Columbus and Scotus competed in the Boone Central invite last Friday.
In the girls 5K run, the Discoverers Melissa Gomez-Vazquez finished second, while the Shamrocks’ top finish was Avery Heinrich in third.
In the boys event, Noah Edwards of CHS was seventh and Alex Casperson of Scotus was 45th.
