CHS Issues Reminder About Fall Sports Deadline

Students going out for sports at CHS are reminded that they must turn in a completed physical and register on SmartSchool-K12 before practices begin on Monday.
- Physicals must be turned in to the CHS activities desk. These are good for all sports during the 2021-22 season.
- Agreement forms and athlete information must be completed through the SmartSchool-K12 registration site (https://columbus2067a.cf.wordwareinc.com).
