Both Columbus High basketball teams suffered home losses to Papillion-La Vista South in their regular season finales last Friday. 

In boys action, the Discoverers were downed by the Titans 73-36.  Tadan Bell led CHS with 10 points. Columbus is now 1-19 and its district assignment is due out tomorrow. 

In the girls game, the Discoverers were edged 45-40 despite Addie Kudron’s 14 points. 

Columbus is 4-17 and seeded fourth in the A-4 district.  The CHS girls are set to play at top-seeded Omaha Central tomorrow night.
