CHS Football Team Begins Preseason Practice Today

Columbus High’s football team opens its fall camp with two practices today.
The Discoverers are getting an early start on practice since their season begins with a Week Zero game on Friday, August 18th. That’s when Columbus welcomes rival Fremont to Pawnee Park’s Memorial Stadium.
The Discoverers face another rival on Thursday, August 24th when they visit Norfolk, giving CHS two games under its belt before most prep teams begin the season on the 25th.
Both of those contests will be broadcast on KLIR 101.
