CHS Boys Post First Win, Discoverers Girls Fall

The Columbus High boys notched their first win of the season last night, winning at Norfolk 67-64. 

Tadan Bell led the Discoverers with 24 points and Ean Luebbe added 17.  CHS won the Maroon Cup matchup for its first victory in 12 games this season and snapped a 17-game losing streak against the Panthers. 

In the girls game, Columbus was downed by Norfolk 55-43.  The Discoverers slipped to 3-11. 

Both CHS teams face Lincoln Pius X tonight: the boys are at home, while the girls go to Pius.
