Chinander: Wildcats Don’t Beat Themselves

Nebraska defensive coordinator Eric Chinander says the Huskers will face a disciplined Northwestern offense on Saturday. 

He told reporters yesterday the Wildcats don’t beat themselves.  “You have to be sound in your coverage. You can’t be pressing…you can’t be over-extending yourself trying to make a play because they’ll make you pay,” Chinander said.   

Saturday’s kickoff in Lincoln is set for 3 p.m.  The pre-game show begins at 10 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK and will be joined at 2:30 on KLIR 101.
