Chinander Meets With Media, Is Nominated for Award

Nebraska defensive coordinator Erik Chinander met with the media following yesterday’s practice, as the Huskers prepare to visit Wisconsin on Saturday.
Chinander says the Badgers are “patient in the run game.” Chinander says he wants Nebraska’s defense to play fast, physical and violent. Chinander was nominated yesterday for the Frank Broyles Award, which is given to the nation’s best assistant coach.
Saturday’s kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. The pregame starts at 10:30 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK. It will be joined at 2 o’clock on 93.5 The Hawk.
