CCC Softball Hosts Region IX Tourney Tomorrow, Sunday

CCC’s softball club will host the Region IX tournament this weekend.
As the top seed, the 15-26 Raiders received a first-round bye. The opening game tomorrow at noon pits a 10-28 Southeast CC team against North Platte CC, which is 5-32. That winner will face Central at 2 p.m.
Saturday’s losers will square off Sunday at 11 a.m. Sunday’s championship game is set for 1 p.m. If a fifth game is necessary, it will be played at 3 p.m.
