The CCC men’s basketball club has signed a Kansas all-state high school player and two Nebraska prep players. 

The Raiders today announced the signing of Caleb Muia, who graduated from Girard High in Kansas.  As a senior, he was named the state’s Class 3A Player of the Year after leading the Trojans to their first state championship in program history.  Muia averaged a double-double throughout his high school career, with 24.2 points and 10.0 rebounds per game. 

Central has also signed Jayden Byabato.  The graduate of Grand Island Senior High averaged 14.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game as a senior last season.  He earned Lincoln Journal Star All-State Honorable Mention after helping the Islanders to a 17-8 season. 

And the Raiders have added Omaha Central High grad Deng Diew.  He averaged 6.6 points and 4.0 rebounds per contest for the Eagles as a senior.
