CCC Hoops: Men Go 2-0, Women 0-2 Over the Weekend

CCC basketball: the Raiders men went 2-0, while the women were 0-2 over the weekend.
Central’s men took two close games at the Iowa Central Classic in Fort Dodge, edging Ellsworth CC 67-66 on Friday before downing the host team 58-54 Saturday night. CCC is now 6-1.
In women’s action at a tournament in Marshalltown, Iowa, the Raiders fell to Iowa Lakes CC 67-50 on Friday and were defeated by the host club 65-56 on Saturday. Central is now 5-3.
Both CCC teams will host McCook CC tomorrow. The women’s game tips off at 5:30 p.m., followed by a 7:30 p.m. men’s tilt at the Raider Fieldhouse.
