CCC Basketball: Raiders Men Win Opener, Women Fall

The CCC men’s basketball team opened its season with a 96-47 victory over the Doane JV in Crete last night. 

The Raiders Trey Deveaux led all scorers with 32 points.  Central will be on the road again tomorrow night, when the Raiders visit the Peru State JV. 

Meanwhile, the CCC women fell in their season opener at Hastings College JV, 84-60.  Central plays its home opener tomorrow at 7 p.m. against McPherson JV.
