CCC Basketball Competes in Iowa Tourney

The CCC men’s basketball team went 0-2, while the Raiders women were 1-1, at a tournament in Mason City, Iowa over the weekend. 

The Central men fell to Iowa Lakes CC 114-75 on Saturday night. The Raiders were outscored by third-ranked North Iowa Area CC 115-103 yesterday.  CCC’s men are now 8-5 on the year.

The Central women beat Iowa Lakes 63-56 on Saturday, before bowing to NIACC 80-60 yesterday. The Raiders women are 5-6. 

Both CCC clubs will host McCook CC tomorrow evening. The women’s contest tips off at 5:30 p.m., with the men’s game to start at 7:30 at Raider Fieldhouse.
