Busch: Rain, Wind a Good Challenge for Special Teams

Rainy and windy conditions yesterday in Lincoln were just fine for Nebraska football’s special teams.  That unit’s coordinator, Bill Busch said he has learned from golfers “if you get a rainy day you go out there and play.”

“It was a good mental challenge for them,” Busch said.  “Every opportunity we get with weather we are always going to use it.”

Meanwhile, the NFL draft process continued for 10 Huskers yesterday, as personnel from nearly 30 NFL teams were on hand to put those players through a battery of physical tests and positional drills in the Hawks Championship Center.  Fans can watch a replay of the work on Huskers.com.
