Bulldogs, Flyers Play at Boys State Basketball Today

The semifinals of the boys state basketball tournament are slated to be held in Lincoln today. 

Defending D1 state champ Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family meets Southern Valley in a 10:45 a.m. game at the Devaney Center.  You can hear play-by-play on 93.5 The Hawk.

The Bulldogs improved to 25-3 yesterday with a 71-53 win over Fullerton, ending the Warriors season at 19-6. 

Humphrey St. Francis will try to stay undefeated with a victory over Mullen today. Tipoff at the Devaney Center is set for 2 p.m. and you can hear the D2 contest on KLIR 101.  The audio of all prep games is also streamed live at mycentralnebraska.com.

The Flyers improved to 26-0 yesterday by downing Randolph 57-46.

In Thursday’s C1 quarterfinals, St. Paul fell to Adams Central 65-42.  The Wildcats ended at 19-8.
