Boys Hoops Subdistrict Finals on Tap Tonight

In boys basketball tonight, Scotus welcomes David City to the Dowd Activity Center. 

The C1-5 subdistrict final tips off at 6 p.m. and will be broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk.  The Shamrocks are 16-7, while the Scouts bring a 16-8 mark into the game. 

On KZ-100, it’s a 7 p.m. start for Cross County hosting Aquinas in the C2-8 subdistrict final.  The Cougars have gone 20-4 and the Monarchs are 11-11. 

In other area boys subdistrict finals tonight, Fullerton entertains Giltner, Osceola visits Parkview Christian, Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family is at Elgin Public/Pope John, Howells-Dodge meets Bancroft-Rosalie in Howells, Central City welcomes Aurora and St. Paul visits Centura. 

The Schuyler boys fell at Bennington 72-25 in the B-5 subdistrict semifinals last night.  The Warriors finished the campaign at 1-20.
