Boys Edged, Girls Win at Lex, on KLIR Tonight

The Columbus High boys’ basketball team has suffered another close loss.  The Discoverers fell at Lexington 71-68 last night.

The last three defeats for CHS – coming in the past four games – have all been by three points or less.  The Discoverers are now 10-10.

In the girls’ game, Columbus beat Lexington 41-30. The win snapped a four-game losing streak and upped the Discoverers girls’ mark to 6-15. 

Both Columbus High clubs will host Blair tonight. You can hear the action on KLIR 101. The girls’ game is set for 5:45 p.m. and the boys will tip off at 7:30.
