Creighton committed an uncharacteristic five errors, but Nebraska batters went 2-for-15 with runners in scoring position last night.  It all added up to a 3-2 victory for the Bluejays in their first meeting against the rival Huskers since 2019.

CU closer Tommy Steier worked out of jams in each of the final three innings to pick up his third save of the season.

Creighton improved to 12-7, including 6-0 at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha.  NU fell to 9-14.
