Behrens Tabbed as Third Team All-American

Roman Behrens of the CCC men’s basketball team was named yesterday to the NJCAA Division II All-America Third Team. 

Behrens started all 31 games for the Raiders last season. The 6-foot-1 sophomore guard led the Raiders with 8.8 assists per game and was third in scoring at 15.2 points per contest. 

He also recorded a team-best 44 steals and posted three triple-doubles and nine double-doubles.

The Omaha Central High graduate had previously earned All-Region IX and all-conference honors after helping lead CCC to a 20-11 record.
