Baseball: Husker Bats Explode, Bluejays Fall

In college baseball, Nebraska’s bats exploded for 17 hits, including five home runs as the Huskers beat 12th-ranked Arizona State 18-10. 

The win in yesterday’s series finale halted a seven-game losing streak for the Huskers, who are now 2-7.

Meantime, Creighton was clobbered at UNLV 12-3 in the rubber game of that series in Las Vegas.  The Bluejays are now 4-5.
