Area Baseball Players Earn Postseason Honors From Journal Star

The Lincoln Journal Star has announced its postseason honors for high school baseball.
Senior Carter Noakes of Central City/Fullerton/Centura was named to the Super-State Second Team and the Class C All-State Team. His Kernels teammate Boston Caspersen also earned Class C All-State honors.
Three Columbus High players – Nick Zoucha, Connor Rausch and Jack Faust – earned Honorable Mention in Class A. Honorable Mention in Class C went to four Kernels – Blake Jensen, Ashton Gragg, Jake Ruhl and Kellen Fries (Freeze). Cadin Jenkinson and Paydon Rinkol of Twin River also received Honorable Mention in Class C.
