Aquinas Volleyball’s Pelan Retires From Coaching

Jody Pelan is retiring as volleyball coach at Aquinas Catholic High School. 

Pelan has coached with the Monarchs for 25 years, including the last 17 as head coach.  Her retirement from coaching was announced by Athletic Director Ron Mimick.

Pelan compiled a 262-241 record and guided Aquinas to three state volleyball tournament appearances.  The Monarchs won the Class C2 state championship in 2009.

She will continue as a middle school teacher.
