Aquinas, DC West Win David City Holiday Hoops Titles

Aquinas and Douglas County West split the championship titles in the David City holiday basketball tournament on Saturday.
In the boys game, the Falcons rolled to a 60-27 victory. That was followed by the girls championship, won by the Monarchs 54-28.
David City downed Palmyra in both consolation games. The Scouts boys defeated the Panthers 56-44, followed by the host girls team posting a 49-33 win.
